Who we are

Schedule Operator is provided by Billion Euro Enterprises Oy (business ID 3259035-9, Helsinki, Finland), the controller for this site and for account data. Contact: ai.krisnanegara@gmail.com.

What we collect

On this site: what you type into a form (name, e-mail, phone, company and your answers), the page you sent it from and the campaign tags of your first visit. Your language choice is kept in your browser.

In the app: your account, your workspace's content (tasks, projects, events, pages, bookings, hours and invoices) and the connections you switch on.

Why

To answer your request, to provide the service you use, to keep it secure, and to invoice it. The legal bases are your request and our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in security, and the law for accounting.

Calls from the AI assistant

If you ask for a call, our AI assistant calls you. It says that it is an AI and that the call is recorded. The recording and its text help us answer your request; it is never used for anything you did not ask for.

Google user data

If you connect Google Calendar or Gmail, the app reads and writes only what the feature you switched on needs: your events for planning and two-way sync, and your mail for the inbox, drafts and replies you send.

Schedule Operator's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, not used to train general AI models, and not read by people except with your permission, for security, or where the law requires it.

Who else handles it

Providers of hosting and databases, e-mail and text messages, phone calls, AI models and payments, each only for its own part and under a data processing agreement. Some may process data outside the EU under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. The exact list is given to clients on request.

How long

Form answers and the customer relationship for its duration plus 24 months; call recordings 90 days and their text 12 months; logs 90 days; accounting records six years. Workspace content until you delete it or the agreement ends, plus 30 days of backups.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, object to its use or restrict it, by writing to ai.krisnanegara@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It keeps your language and the first visit's campaign tags in your browser's storage, and the embedded forms keep what they need to work.
