The agreement between your company and us when you use Schedule Operator.
The parties
These terms are between Billion Euro Enterprises Oy (3259035-9) and the company that orders Schedule Operator. A signed offer or order confirmation names the package; where it differs from these terms, it wins.
The service
The software (tasks, calendar, booking, projects, pages, time and invoices, the AI coach and the API) and, depending on the package, set-up, operator reviews and the operator service. Features marked Next are not part of the service until they are released.
Price and payment
The set-up fee is paid when the agreement is signed; the monthly fee is invoiced in advance. Prices exclude VAT. The first three months are a start-up period; after that the agreement continues month by month and either party can end it with one month's notice.
Set-up guarantee
If the workspace is not live within 14 days of the signed agreement for a reason on our side, the set-up fee is refunded.
Your data
Your workspace's content is yours. We process it on your behalf to provide the service, under the data processing terms that are part of the agreement. You can export it at any time and have it deleted when the agreement ends.
AI
AI suggestions are suggestions: changes come as cards you accept, and agents' changes can be taken back. You remain responsible for the decisions you make with them.
Liability and law
Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the event, and excludes indirect damage. Finnish law applies, and disputes go to the Helsinki District Court.
