Security and control
Who can do what is written down. These are the controls in the app today.
Access
Five levels – guest, viewer, member, manager, owner – and every action checks the level. Departments and workspaces separate what people can see.
AI under your switches
Each AI tool is on or off per workspace and per person, with its reach and price beside it. Voice starts off. The coach reads with the person's own rights.
Agents and keys
API keys are shown once, only a hash is stored, and tags limit where a key works. What agents change is listed and can be taken back.
Webhooks and exports
Every webhook delivery is signed and logged. Exports and printing follow the rules you set for what may leave the company.
Text that is not lost
Drafts are kept while you type, so a closed tab or a lost connection does not lose the work.
